Refund & Return Policy

All Sales Are Final – Handmade Items

All of our cups are handmade with care and often customized to your specifications. Because of the unique nature of each item:

  • No Returns or Refunds: Once a product is made, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Every piece is made specially for you. All products in this store are marked as Final Sale.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: All orders are shipped via USPS with insurance for protection. If your item arrives damaged, please contact USPS directly at 1-800-275-8777 with your tracking number.

  • Customization: Please ensure you select the correct cup style, size, flow, and wrap when placing your order. Other details, like glitter color, will be confirmed via email or during live sessions.

  • Return Shipping: Kryptuhnight Creations does not accept returns. In the rare event an exception is made, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Restocking Fees: No restocking fees apply, as returns are not accepted.

Effective Date: This Refund & Return Policy is effective as of August 27,2025 and applies to all purchases made after this date.
