    • Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds once a product is made.

    • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses.

  5. Damaged Items

    • All orders are protected during shipping. If a product arrives damaged, customers must contact USPS directly at 1-800-275-8777 with their tracking number.

    • Kryptuhnight Creations is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.
