Damaged Packages:

• All cups are USPS-protected during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please contact USPS directly at 1-800-275-8777 with your tracking number to resolve the issue.

Order Accuracy:

• Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses.
